There's also a good and bad way to go about nitpicking, imo. For every person laughing at Momo's dimpled ass, there are ten anons going 'ewwwwww look at _____'s potato nose i'd kms if i had it' or 'omg she needs surgery on her chin' and other ridiculous overreactions to normal photos/facial features that seem like they're made by young teens who want to make themselves feel more attractive.
Well, I see it as nitpicking because it's not funny, boring and over talked about. We all know she has saggy tits, it doesn't need to be pointed out every time a new pic is posted. and I've always thought and said she hated herself before the tit thing, it's not that people are suddenly jumping to this conclusion now, it just started a discussion about it.
Because of the menstrual and hormonal irregularities, infertility is common in women with PCOS. Because of the lack of ovulation, progesterone secretion in women with PCOS is diminished, leading to long-term unopposed estrogen stimulation of the uterine lining. This situation can lead to abnormal periods, breakthrough bleeding, or prolonged uterine bleeding. Unopposed estrogen stimulation of the uterus is also a risk factor for the development of endometrial hyperplasia and cancer of the endometrium (uterine lining). However, medications can be given to induce regular periods and reduce the estrogenic stimulation of the endometrium (see below).

I reckon probably the latter though, people do actually want to help her, to the extent that people get pissed off as fuck if you express any of that sort of sentiment in here because we've heard it so often. I imagine a lot of posters view her like PT but worse - it's just frustrating to watch someone ruin their life so spectacularly and reject all the things that would actually make their life better.
It's good to know I'm not alone with having pcos. I found out when I was 18 years old. When I was gr...owing up and in puberty I never had my period. I remember girls around me complaining about there's in high school. But mine never came. I went to a obgyn when I was 16 she gave me meds to get it started, it only worked when I took the med every 3 months. They also did an ultrasound and found multiple cysts on my ovaries, but she did not know what it was. So I never went back to that doctor she was not very bright. But when I was 18 I was reading a magazine about a girl that has pcos and the symptoms and everything, and it sounded like me. So i went to My mom's obgyn and talked to him about what I read and my history of not getting my period on my own, he did an exam, ran some blood tests, and did other ultrasound. Come to find out I have pcos and was put on birth control and metformin. Which I'm still taking and it's been 11 years since I found out I have pcos. See More
In the case of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, excess insulin causes the ovaries to produce excess testosterone, which can prevent ovulation and result in infertility. High insulin levels can also increase the conversion of testosterone into estrogen, which affects weight gain and the formation of ovarian cysts.5 Excess glucose is stored in fat cells that continue to pump out excess estrogen, further destabilizing the hormone system. In the vascular system, insulin increases the risk of heart disease and it is a known precursor to diabetes.6 Unfortunately, these risks increase as a woman ages.

I think half the time she actually does have the money to spend on bullshit (like magazines, dunkin donuts) but she has to keep up the ~uwu im a poor gurl~ shit so she says that strangers bought it because she was "counting change". She got that one magazine right after visiting her dad.. And im pretty sure she gets/takes money from him. Its not enough to buy dope, so she just goes and spends it on dumb shit.
Metformin. Metformin is often used to treat type 2 diabetes and may help some women with PCOS symptoms. It is not approved by the FDA to treat PCOS symptoms. Metformin improves insulin's ability to lower your blood sugar and can lower both insulin and androgen levels. After a few months of use, metformin may help restart ovulation, but it usually has little effect on acne and extra hair on the face or body. Recent research shows that metformin may have other positive effects, including lowering body mass and improving cholesterol levels.
